PBB Collab 3.0 Funny Moments Day 12: ‘Since Birth,’ Oppa Requests and a Screaming Living Room

Raheel and Mikee of PBB Collab 3.0 during the Day 12 screen test

Day 12 ended on a serious note, but before that, it was one of the most fun episodes so far. A new acting task plus a living room full of screaming housemates gave us plenty of laughs. Here are the PBB Collab 3.0 funny moments Day 12 gave us. Timestamps are from the official full episode on YouTube.

The Korea quiz (0:01)

Over a meal, Gehlee, Jeo and Primo talked about Korea. A housemate asked what the most Korean thing in Korea is. The answer: “Rice cake.” Then Gehlee said a few lines in Korean, and the table burst out laughing.

“Rice cake” with full confidence is the kind of answer that wins a game show and loses a geography quiz.

We love that the conversation went from travel stories to an impromptu language lesson in under a minute.

“Kuya, magdadala ka ba ng oppa dito?” (2:25)

When Kuya asked Calix and Winwyn about K-dramas, one of them asked if Kuya would be bringing an oppa into the house.

Asking Big Brother for a K-drama oppa delivery is bold. We respect it.

Kuya didn’t answer, which honestly is the most Kuya response possible.

Winwyn’s love for 90s romcoms plus a K-drama oppa request also tells you this task was in the right hands. These leaders know their tropes.

“Hindi ipakita ang lines” (7:08)

As the scripts went out, the auditioning housemates tried to keep their lines secret and kept telling each other to chill. A housemate admitted being nervous but excited because it was a chance to show they could act.

The panic was real. Some of them clearly didn’t expect to be auditioning at all.

The best part is that the nerves made the auditions better. Real shaky voices sell a confession scene more than perfect delivery.

“Chill lang tayo” while visibly not chill is a mood.

“Since birth” (11:52)

In one of the screen tests, the confession scene got a twist. When asked how long he’d liked her, a housemate answered: “Since birth.” The scene had already needed a take two after the first attempt broke down in laughter.

“Since birth” is the best ad-lib of the season so far. It’s cheesy, it’s absurd, and it completely broke the scene.

The take two is a reminder that acting is harder than it looks. Keeping a straight face while your friends scream is a skill.

“Sarap pahigan” (16:03)

In another scene, right after a confession line, a housemate apologized with “Sorry, sarap pahigan eh,” and the scene picked back up with “Ano ulit?” so the line had to be said again.

Needing a confession repeated mid-scene is peak Bahay ni Kuya energy.

We’d watch a whole vertical drama about that, honestly.

The screaming living room (8:41)

The pairs didn’t know the rest of the house was watching from the living room. Every “gusto kita” got a wall of screams, and after Raheel and Mikee’s scene, a housemate called it really good acting that looked natural.

The living room crowd was the real star. They reacted like fans at a premiere.

Imagine finding out later that everyone saw your take one. That’s the most PBB twist possible.

Primo’s quick yes (17:43)

When the house picked Primo and Bela as leads and asked Primo if he was okay with it, his answer was basically instant: “O sige, palakpakan ma. Gusto ko pala.”

No hesitation, no humble act. Primo wanted that role and said so. We love the honesty.

After a heavy Day 11, seeing Primo this happy was a treat. The house clearly enjoyed giving him the role too.

Bela’s surprise next to Primo’s excitement made the moment even funnier.

Our take on the PBB Collab 3.0 funny moments Day 12

The acting task is a gift for comedy. Put nervous housemates in a narrow frame with a romantic script and you get gold.

Day 12 also showed that fun and respect go together. The serious lesson later in the episode doesn’t erase the laughs. It makes the next round safer and better.
