PBB Collab 3.0 Memory Session, Day 10: Ethan’s Lolo, Mikee’s Lola, and the Days the Housemates Want to Remember

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes listening to the housemates during the PBB Collab 3.0 Day 10 memory session

When Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes sat down with the housemates on Day 10 of PBB Collab Edition 3.0, they brought a box with two prompts: “the day I want to remember” and “the day I want to forget.” What followed was the most honest twenty minutes of the season so far. This is our full guide to the PBB Collab 3.0 memory session, with timestamps from the official full episode on YouTube. For the rest of the episode, read our Day 10 recap.

How the memory session worked (15:30)

The guests explained that the two prompts were just a way to split the house. One group talked about days they want to remember, the other about days they want to forget. Their goal, they said, was “to get to know each and every one of you more.” Marian started with an example.

Simple format, huge payoff. No game, no points, just two questions. Sometimes the best PBB segments are the ones where nobody is competing.

It also helped that the guests went first. When two of the biggest stars in the country open up, it’s easier for everyone else to do the same.

We also noticed how the house reacted. Nobody checked the cameras or tried to be funny at the wrong time. They just listened. That kind of respect is rare in week two of any reality show.

Marian: the moments she missed (17:00)

Marian shared that her kids are into many activities, like singing recitals and sports. Her “day to forget” is less about forgetting and more about wishing those days never happened: the moments she missed because she was busy with work this year, when she knows the kids wanted both parents there.

This is the most relatable thing a superstar can say. Every working parent has missed a recital. Hearing Marian admit it, without excuses, set the tone for the whole session.

And it’s a reminder that fame doesn’t fix the guilt. If anything, it probably makes it heavier.

Lans: one complete Christmas (18:18)

Lans wants to remember a Christmas when her whole family of four was together. Her father is an OFW, so that memory is getting “blurry,” and she just wants to relive it again and again.

After her 25th birthday video from her dad on Day 9, this hit even harder. Two episodes in a row, the same quiet wish: a complete family at home.

“Blurry” is such a painful word for a memory. Many OFW kids know exactly what she means.

It also says a lot about why she keeps choosing family in every answer. For Lans, home isn’t a place. It’s the four of them in one room, and she’s still waiting for that again.

Gehlee: coming home (19:55)

Gehlee wants to remember the fan meeting after her group debuted and released their first album. They came back to the Philippines for a mall event, and the crowd was so big that people were cheering even outside the mall. She had joined the survival show wearing a “Philippines” sash, representing the country. “It was like coming home. I’m here, I did it, and it was all thanks to you guys.”

We love this one because it’s pure joy. In a session full of loss, Gehlee reminded everyone that some memories are worth keeping because they’re happy.

It also explains her energy in the house. She has already felt what it’s like to have a whole country behind her. That’s a lot of confidence to carry.

Bela: the wrong person (20:59)

Bela’s day to forget: “falling in love with the wrong person.” When pushed, she said, “He is not treating me well,” refused to name him, and admitted, “I am still yearning at him.” Then, classic Bela: “Yearning, healing, that’s a lot of English-ing.”

Bela being Bela even in her most vulnerable moment is why fans love her. She’ll tell you the truth, then make you laugh so you don’t have to cry with her.

It’s also brave. Admitting you’re not over someone, on national TV, while that person might be watching, takes a lot. We respect her for not pretending.

“Still yearning” is honest in a way most people aren’t on TV. Healing isn’t a straight line, and she didn’t pretend it was.

Ethan: the last family photo (22:04)

Ethan wants to remember December 25, his lolo’s birthday. His lolo was battling stage four cancer and was very weak, so the family didn’t expect much. But he said, “Kaya ko. Let’s take a picture.” They helped him to the Christmas tree and took the photo. He was laughing. “That was the last time na kompleto kami.”

“Kaya ko” from a man with stage four cancer, just to give his family one more picture. We needed a minute after this.

Stories like this are why the session felt so special. It wasn’t about tragedy for drama’s sake. It was about love, told by a grandson who still treasures one photo.

Ethan was only 13 then, and he still talks about it like it was last week. That photo clearly means everything to him.

Mikee: three days (22:57)

Mikee wants to forget the days around her lola’s last birthday. Three years ago, her lola, whom everyone called “Nanay,” passed away three days after her birthday, which they spent in the hospital. After dinner that night, Mikee went to watch basketball instead of staying with her. “I just feel so selfish.” If she could go back, she said, she would have held her hand the whole night.

This was the hardest story to watch. Nobody could have known it was the last birthday, and Mikee knows that. But grief doesn’t care about logic.

We hope she hears this: you didn’t do anything wrong by being young and watching a game. Your lola knew she was loved.

Calix: today, actually (19:10)

The lighter moment came from Calix, whose day to forget happened that same morning. During the memory makeover challenge he couldn’t find the right pants, grabbed brown ones, and changed in a hurry. He was so embarrassed that he asked everyone to forget it.

Calix choosing “three hours ago” as his day to forget is comedy timing at its finest. The house needed that laugh.

The guests’ closing words (24:22)

Wishing there was more time, the guests thanked everyone. Hold on to the good memories, they said, and if you can’t fully forget the bad ones, “I’m sure that you have learned something from it.” Marian added her usual line from interviews: whatever happens, there’s a reason to be strong. “Kapit lang, tiwala lang.”

“Kapit lang, tiwala lang” is going to be on a lot of fan edits this week. Deserved.

Our take on the PBB Collab 3.0 memory session

This session did more for the housemates than any task so far. In twenty minutes, viewers learned who misses whom, who carries regret, and who carries pride. That’s what makes people vote for someone later.

And the house listened. No interruptions, no jokes at the wrong time. Ten days in, they already know how to hold space for each other.
