A week of building came down to two people and a few blocks. On Day 9 of PBB Collab Edition 3.0, the last pair in the weekly task, Anthony and Primo, had to finish the tower and place the miniature house that Robbie and Mikee secretly delivered on Day 8. Then it had to stay up for 100 seconds. Here’s how the Anthony and Primo tower finish went, minute by minute, from the official full episode on YouTube.
Kuya’s final rules: 100 seconds, three hours, one chance
In the confession room (8:00), task leader Raheel reported that they were about 10 blocks away from being able to place the house, and that all eight pairs had already taken part. The eighth and last pair: Anthony and Primo. Kuya then confirmed the rules. The miniature house the housemates found would be placed on top, and it had to stay there for 100 seconds. It was also the last day of the weekly task. If the tower fell, they would have only three hours to rebuild it.
The design of this task is smart. It started earlier in the week with a foundation, and every pair added to it. So the last pair carries everybody’s work. That’s a lot of pressure for two people.
And the three-hour rebuild rule made it scarier. A fall wouldn’t just be a reset. It would be a race against the clock, with the whole house watching. Nobody wanted to be the pair that knocked it down.
It’s also worth remembering that the house had to trust Robbie and Mikee’s miniature house without knowing who made it. Nobody knew how heavy it was or how it would sit on top. The final pair was placing a mystery object on a tower they didn’t fully control.
“Don’t tap it”
Once the signal came (10:24), the task leaders gathered everyone. Anthony admitted in the confession room that he was “very, very nervous” (11:03). The tower was already leaning a bit, and every time Anthony placed a block on top, it moved. Some housemates couldn’t even watch.
Then came the key decision. Anthony wanted to tap the blocks into place. Primo said no (13:45). The blocks were flat enough, and tapping could make the tower shake more. “Huwag na tayong mag-tap.” They agreed to just place the blocks and move on, including a final flat row of three across the top.

We think Primo’s call was the turning point. Under pressure, the instinct is to fix things, to tap and adjust. Primo saw that “fixing” was the bigger risk. Sometimes the smartest move is to stop touching it.
It also shows how far Primo has come in a week. The house knows him as the playful one. Here, he was the careful voice in the room. Good partners balance each other, and that’s exactly what happened.
Credit to Anthony too for listening. He’s the tallest housemate and the one with his hands on the tower, so he had every reason to trust his own feel. He chose to trust his partner instead.
Shaking hands and deep breaths
Anthony’s own description was honest (15:39): “My hands were shaking. I was a little bit nervous.” He took a couple of deep breaths before each move. And his secret to staying calm? “I just thought of the food for the following week.” In other words, the weekly budget was on his mind.
Task leader Cianne noticed it too (14:20). She told Kuya that the people placing the last two layers needed to know how to balance and regulate their emotions, and that Anthony took the breath he needed before putting each block on top. “I super respect that.” Primo, for his part, admitted his nerves came back because some blocks had spacing and the tower tilted a bit more. But Anthony kept telling him, “It will hold.” Primo’s answer: “Sige, tiwala ako.”

“I thought of the food” is the most honest answer anyone has given about pressure in this house. Not glory, not the cameras. Food. We respect it completely.
What we like most about this sequence is the trust. Primo said “tiwala ako,” and everyone else in the house said the same about Anthony. That kind of trust after only nine days is not normal. It’s earned.
The 100-second countdown
Then the house went on top (17:56). Everyone had to sit down. “Vibrations, vibrations!” Anthony told Kuya he was trying not to think or feel too much, because he didn’t want to shake the energy. He was calming people down whenever someone shouted. Slowly, he could feel the group getting happier. Then the final ten seconds (19:00), and the house exploded.
“Housemates, binabati ko kayo,” Kuya said (19:15). They won their first weekly task. “We all did it together, Kuya,” Anthony said. “We’re just one big happy family.”
The countdown is the best TV moment of Day 9. A whole house sitting perfectly still, afraid to breathe, while a popsicle-stick house sits on top of a wobbly tower. It’s ridiculous and it’s beautiful.
Anthony’s “one big happy family” line could sound cheesy, but after this week, we believe him. This task needed every pair, two task leaders and a secret mission from Kuya’s collaborators. It really was a team effort.
We also want to point out how quickly the mood flipped. Ten seconds before, nobody dared to breathe. Ten seconds after, everyone was jumping and screaming. That release is why weekly tasks make such good TV.
Our take on the Anthony and Primo tower
Anthony and Primo were the right final pair. Anthony brought the height and the calm, Primo brought the caution. Together they avoided the most common mistake in these tasks: overthinking the last step.
This also boosts both of their stock in the house. Anthony was known for his funny lines on Day 2. Now he’s the guy who finished the tower. Primo has been the house’s cheerful tease, the one who shipped JeoLee. Now he’s the guy who said “don’t tap it.” Both are good looks.
And a shout-out to Cianne and Raheel, the task leaders. Cianne said the win proved to herself that she can lead and strategize. She’s right. Earlier in the week this tower fell. On Day 9 it held.
