If you’ve been following the Robbie and Mikee secret task since Day 5, Day 8 of PBB Collab Edition 3.0 was the finale. Kuya’s two “kakollab” had one last job: sneak a miniature Bahay ni Kuya, built from popsicle sticks, onto the weekly task tower without anyone catching them. At stake was the ₱10,000 they’d been earning for a charity of their choice. Here’s how Robbie and Mikee pulled it off, and what we think it says about them. Timestamps below follow the official full episode on YouTube.
Kuya’s rules: get caught, lose money
In the confession room (around 11:20), Kuya laid it out. Part of their collaboration was placing the miniature house they built on top of the tower the housemates were building. If they failed, or if another housemate caught them, the ₱10,000 for charity would be cut. Robbie and Mikee’s answer was short: “Okay po. Let’s go.”
We like that Kuya didn’t make this easy. Earlier secret tasks were mostly about acting normal. This one asked them to physically move an object across a house full of people who are, by now, suspicious of everything. And the penalty hits a charity, not them. That’s a smart way to make two competitive people extra careful.
It also explains the nerves you’ll see later. Mikee isn’t scared of losing a game here. She’s scared of costing someone else ₱10,000.
The kitchen plan: “I got you”

The planning happened in the kitchen, in whispers (13:30 to 14:45). Mikee figured setting the table was the perfect cover, since nobody looks twice at someone carrying stuff to the dining area. Robbie’s concern was the blind spot: where everyone would be sitting. Mikee’s idea was that one of them should keep the others busy, someone “nagkukwento or nagme-make ng show.” Robbie volunteered to grab the house: “Kaya mo yun. Ako na lang ang kukuha. Magaling ka dun.”
Then the exchange fans will remember. Mikee asked, “Do I have to give you a cue pa when I’m doing it, or we just feel it out?” Robbie: “I will just feel it out. I got you.” Mikee: “Pakiramdaman natin.”
This is the best version of the Robbie and Mikee partnership. No code words, no signals, just trust. On Day 4 they literally used a rap as a signal. By Day 8, they don’t need one anymore. That’s growth, and honestly, it’s what good teammates look like.
And “Magaling ka dun” is a compliment that hits differently when you think about Mikee’s career. Robbie is basically saying, “you’re the actress, you handle the show, I’ll handle the heist.” Fair division of labor.
What we also noticed is how little they argued. Two strong personalities, one high-stakes plan, and zero ego. Robbie didn’t insist on being the hero, and Mikee didn’t need credit. In a house where everyone is trying to stand out, that kind of quiet teamwork is rare, and it’s the reason this secret task has worked since Day 5.
The kumot, the bathrobe, and a very fast elevator run
Things didn’t go perfectly at first. Their window kept closing because the housemates kept hanging around the living room and dining area. Mikee admitted in the confession room that it was frustrating. The fix? A blanket. “Kumot ang sagot,” and Robbie later explained he also brought a bathrobe cover for the house. Since the house is cold, everyone walks around in robes and blankets anyway, so nobody would think twice.
When Robbie finally noticed the dining area was empty (around 20:55), he moved. While the others were busy, he rushed the miniature house to the elevator on the tower. “Kinabahan po ako,” he told Kuya afterwards, but he believed nobody saw that it was him.

The kumot strategy is the kind of thing that sounds silly until it works. It’s hiding in plain sight. Fourteen people in hoodies and blankets, and one of them is carrying a tiny house under his. We laughed, but we also respect it.
Robbie’s confession room energy was also more honest than usual. He didn’t play it cool. He said his heart was racing. That makes the win feel earned.
There’s also a lesson here for future collaborators. The plan that works in PBB is rarely the clever one. It’s the one that fits how the house already behaves. Cold house, everyone in blankets, so a blanket is invisible. Busy kitchen, so the kitchen is where you whisper. Robbie and Mikee read the room before they made a move, and that’s a skill that will matter way beyond this task.
Mikee’s “best supporting” role
The narrator called Mikee the “best supporting ka-collab,” and that’s accurate. In her own confession, she said she was trying to act normal while her heart went “dugdugdugdug.” While everyone was cutting decorations, the house ended up sitting out in the open, in front of the box, and then she waited. And waited. “Inip na ako,” she admitted. It took a while before anyone noticed.
When they finally did (24:45), the confusion was perfect. “Guys, sinong kumuha nito?” “It was here on the table.” “It’s popsicle sticks.” Nobody had a clue who made it.
This is our favorite part of the whole episode. The reveal wasn’t dramatic. It was just a bunch of housemates holding a tiny house, completely lost. If the secret task was a movie, this was the scene where the audience knows everything and the characters know nothing.
Mikee’s patience is underrated here. Leaving the house out and then pretending not to care is harder than running with it. Acting bored on purpose is still acting.
We keep thinking about how lonely that wait must have been. She can’t check on the house, she can’t ask Robbie how it’s going, and she can’t react when someone finally picks it up. Everything has to happen on her face, in real time, in front of people who have known her for a week. That’s a tougher scene than most teleserye blocking.
Did they win?
Yes. The narrator congratulated the “kakollab ni Kuya” on the secret task. Later, Kuya told all the housemates that the miniature house they found is the one that will sit on top of their tower. The full results of the night are in our Day 8 roundup.

Our take on the Robbie and Mikee secret task
We’ve tracked every Robbie and Mikee kilig moment since Day 2, and Day 8 was less kilig and more chemistry. Not romantic chemistry, necessarily. Work chemistry. They finish each other’s plans. One takes the risk, the other covers the room.
The question now: does the house figure out they were the collaborators? Nobody pointed fingers on Day 8. But housemates talk, and the more Kuya rewards them, the more people will start connecting dots. If they get exposed, it’ll be interesting to see if anyone feels betrayed, or if they just get applause for pulling it off.
Either way, ₱10,000 for charity is a good reason to keep a secret. We’d do the same.
One more thought. These two came into the house as celebrities with a reputation to protect. Agreeing to sneak around for Kuya was a risk for both of them, because getting caught looks bad on camera. They took that risk for a charity. Whatever happens next, Day 8 gave both of them a moment their fans can be proud of.
