Day 9 of PBB Collab Edition 3.0 (the official upload is labeled November 1, 2026) had a bit of everything. The housemates finally finished their tower and won the first weekly task, Lans celebrated her 25th birthday with a gift from her dad abroad, and the episode ended with the house’s biggest kilig chismis yet: Shea’s crush on Jeo, and her theory that Jeo likes Gehlee. Here’s the full PBB Collab 3.0 Day 9 recap, with timestamps. Watch the official full episode on YouTube.
1. Lans turns 25 (2:24)
The day began with “Happy 25th!” for Lans. She told Winwyn her birthdays are usually simple, with her mom cooking everything. Kuya noticed she tiptoes at the kitchen counter and gave her a stepper, the boys made her a cake, and she wished for her family, the animals, the farmers and the environment. The full story is in Lans’ 25th birthday post.
Kuya’s stepper might be the most thoughtful small gift of the season. It says, “I see you struggling at the sink.” Simple, funny and kind.
We also love that the boys didn’t treat her birthday as “done” after the Day 8 party. One more cake, one more song. That’s the house showing up.
2. The final weekly task push (8:00 to 19:30)
Task leader Raheel told Kuya they had about 10 blocks left and that all eight pairs had participated. The last pair was Anthony and Primo. Kuya announced the rules: the miniature house from Robbie and Mikee’s secret task would go on top and had to stay there for 100 seconds. It was the last day of the task, and if the tower fell, they’d only have three hours to rebuild.

What followed was ten minutes of pure tension. Anthony’s hands were shaking. Primo told him not to tap the blocks. Cianne praised Anthony’s calm breathing. Then the house went on top, everyone sat still, and the countdown hit zero. Kuya: “Kayo ay nagtagumpay sa inyong kauna-unahang weekly task.” The minute-by-minute version is in our Anthony and Primo tower post.
This was the best “group” moment of the season so far. Every pair added something, the leaders kept everyone calm, and Robbie and Mikee’s miniature house got its moment on top.
And the leadership deserves credit. Raheel kept Kuya updated, Cianne kept the room calm. Two leaders, two different jobs, one result. That’s how a house should run a task.
It also gives the house its first weekly budget win. Anthony literally said he was thinking about next week’s food while placing the blocks. Stakes, real ones.

3. Bianca’s shout-out (20:27)
Host Bianca Gonzalez congratulated the housemates on air: “Hello Philippines and hello world, and congratulations housemates!” She also teased the kilig chismis coming later in the episode.
When the host teases “tuksuhan,” you know the editors have something. And they did.
It’s also a nice reminder that the show is watching the same things fans are. If Bianca is teasing the kilig, the edit is going to lean into it. Expect more of these segments in the coming days.
4. Lans’ gift from her OFW dad (21:06 to 27:40)
Kuya called Lans to the confession room, asked about her dad, an OFW, and sent her to find her gift inside the house. It was a video from her dad, who called her “baby bear,” apologized for missing so many of her special days, and told her to keep her feet on the ground. Lans told Kuya she’d still choose her parents if she could choose again, and that she dreams of starting a business so her dad won’t have to leave anymore.
This is the segment people will clip. It’s the reality of many Filipino families, told by a daughter who clearly loves her dad very much.
Lans has been quiet for most of the season, so this was the first time many viewers really got to know her. It’s a strong first impression.
Kuya’s reply was perfect, too: distance doesn’t make a family’s love smaller. Some episodes need a hug at the end. This one gave one.
On a lighter note, the treasure hunt before the video was funny. She searched the whole house for a gift she couldn’t describe, and the housemates helped her look for “something.” The payoff made the confusion worth it.
5. The Jeo chismis (29:30 to 40:50)
The second half was all about Jeo. The girls teased Shea while Jeo mopped. Nicole told Shea that Jeo once said he’d want to provide for a girlfriend first. Lans told Mikee she thinks Jeo is a bit “extra caring” toward Shea. In the confession room, Cianne said Jeo is caring to everyone, and that she personally doesn’t want to be misled, because it happened to her before with someone she was dating. Later, Shea and Cianne talked it through, and Shea shared her theory: Jeo likes Gehlee.
Cianne’s story about being misled is the quiet highlight here. She wasn’t just gossiping. She was protecting her friend from a hurt she’s felt herself. That’s a good friend.
As always, this is the house’s reading, not confirmation. Jeo hasn’t said a word about any of it on camera.
We’ll say this, though: the girls are paying very close attention to Jeo. Mop schedules, who sits where, who walks where. If he ever does like someone in the house, he won’t be able to hide it for long.
6. Shea admits her happy crush (36:46 to 43:55)
In the confession room, Shea told Kuya she’s had a crush on Jeo for years, since watching his family’s vlogs. She admires how affectionate he is with his family. But she wants to stay friends, she thinks he likes Gehlee, and her dad’s rule is no boyfriend until she has her diploma. Kuya’s advice: the first people who loved her were her parents, so always carry their love and their trust. The full story is in our Shea crush on Jeo post.
“Happy crush lang” is going to be the phrase of the week. And the way Shea handled it, honest with Kuya, careful with the house, was really mature.
Kuya’s advice also deserves a mention. Turning a crush confession into a reminder about parents’ love and trust is classic Kuya, and it fit, because Shea’s dad had already given her the same message in his own way.
7. Day 10 teaser (43:58)
The preview showed the next task, a “memory makeover challenge,” where two groups race to copy the outfits and looks of characters shown to them.
Costumes again? After the Halloween party, this house is ready. We’re expecting chaos.
It’s also a fun test of teamwork after a week where the whole house worked as one. A race between two groups might show a more competitive side of everyone. We’re curious who rises to the top.

Our take on PBB Collab 3.0 Day 9
Day 9 felt like the end of the first chapter. The first weekly task is done, both birthday girls have been celebrated, and the house has its first real love story, even if it’s only a happy crush for now.
What stood out to us is how kind this house is. The boys made a second cake. Cianne protected Shea. Shea protected Jeo from awkwardness. Kuya protected everyone with good advice. That won’t last forever, because nominations are coming. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Our early picks to watch next week: Anthony, whose calm under pressure just won the house its budget, and Shea, who now has the whole country knowing about her happy crush. Both will be under a bigger spotlight from here. How they handle it could shape the first nomination night.
